Insurrection Red Blend 2015

If you find that there is any theme here, it’s that we LOVE red blends. This Australian blend is tasty, quite dry with a fruity undertone that tickles the palate in a yummy way. The label says it’s bold, and I would agree wholeheartedly – this is not a light wine, but one that announces its presence. Gouda was a nice match for the flavor profile.
